By registering for the Build Smarter. Launch Faster. Virtual Summit, hosted by Kimi Brown / Heart-Centered Apprentice LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What You’re Getting

Free Pass Access Includes:

  • Access to all live summit sessions from July 8–11, 2025

  • 30-day replay access through August 8, 2025 (Midnight PT)

  • Daily Live Q&A Sessions

  • Entry into our Summit Pop-Up Community 

  • Access to speaker gifts, downloadable guides, and free resources where offered

Does not include:
VIP-only bonuses or extended access beyond 30 days

VIP All Access Pass Includes:

  • 1-year replay access to all Free Summit sessions and downloads (through July 8, 2026)

  • Lifetime access to VIP-only bonuses provided by speakers

  • Templates, tools, swipe files, and advanced trainings from summit contributors

  • VIP-only giveaways, community perks, and implementation extras

What does lifetime mean?
You’ll have access to each VIP bonus as long as the contributor continues to make it available. Bonuses are hosted and maintained by each speaker individually, and availability may vary based on their platform and policies.

Third-Party Bonus Access

Free Resource Downloads and VIP bonuses are created, delivered, and maintained by the individual contributor (speaker, freelancer, or Kajabi Expert). They are governed by the contributor’s own terms of service and support process.

We do not control the platform, delivery, or availability of third-party materials. If you have questions about a specific free resource or  VIP bonus, please reach out directly to the creator using the contact details they provide.

Affiliate Promotion & Tracking

We love and appreciate our affiliates. Here’s how it works:

  • Registered affiliates receive unique tracking links for Free Pass and VIP Pass promotions.

  • Commissions are tracked through a third-party system.

  • Self-referrals (buying through your own affiliate link) are not allowed.

  • Any misuse or manipulation of the affiliate program may result in commission forfeiture or revoked access.

  • Promote with integrity—we’re all here to win together.

Refund Policy

Your VIP Pass is a digital product with instant access to protected materials. As such, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Please purchase mindfully and reach out with any questions before buying.

Personal Use Only

All summit content (Free or VIP) is for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, duplicate, or redistribute any training, resource, or download without written permission from the original creator.  They are Single Use licenses.

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All videos, trainings, templates, tools, and resources shared through the summit are protected by intellectual property laws.

Please don’t copy, repurpose, or share content without express permission from the creator.

Respect the work. Don’t steal the sparkle.

Everything offered in this summit is for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about results, sales, or success. Your outcomes depend on your actions, decisions, and business.

Code of Conduct

We’re building a respectful, inclusive space. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior in any summit space (including the Facebook group) will result in immediate removal without notice or refund.
